About Julia

Who is she???

Julia is a young actress and writer based in her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. She has a BA in Theater Arts from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing exciting strides in Screenwriting while looking for auditions.

She currently works as a Registered Behavioral Technician for Action Behaviors Centers administering ABA therapy for kids with Autism. She attends and serves at Christ Church of the Valley. Her side ventures include officiating weddings and solving crimes with Murder Mystery Company.

In 2020 she competed at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival for the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship. She was a Top 16 finalist and was recognized by the Voice and Speech Trainers Association. She is grateful to GCU for sending her to make them proud and for graduating in 2021.

She debuted her first written and directed short film Retribution in January of 2023 after circulating festivals. The stage adaptation was put on at B3 Production's Night of Feminist Theater in April of 2023.

In 2024's Technicolor Dreamboat she met two of her favorite people, whom she now co-hosts the Giddy Gigmeister podcast with. Season two in the works!

Julia currently looks forward to the release of Last Respects, a short she helped produce with Quinn Taplin, D21 Productions, and close friends.
